Quicksilver Sports (SBR rating D-) has moved its operations from Jamaica to San Jose, Costa Rica, and is part of Jazz' DPT Sports Group platform.
The DPT Sports Group fully powers Jazz Sports, Looselines, and ABC Islands. DPT acts as a turnkey for QuickSilver Sports and BetIslands. Quicksilver is allegedly provided with customer service and wagering support. Jazz Sports (SBR rating C-) claims that Quicksilver is responsible for its own player processing. Jazz Sports family downgraded from B to C
On June 1st, 2010, SBR downgraded the Jazz Family after its inability to service eWallet users. Players reported waiting for weeks past the sportsbook's advertised payout times. On June 5th, SBR reported that ABC Islands transfered $8,000 to a player's BetCRIS (SBR rating A+) account.
A player reported receiving partial payments on August 21st. This Jazz Sportsbook Group update indicated that a player who held a $16,000 balance received four transactions of $500 (with a $69 fee) via a cash transaction.
Jazz downgraded a second time by Sportsbook Review
On February 3rd, 2011, SBR downgraded the Jazz Group to C-. As of February 14th, a total of $6,000 was reported as being paid by ABC Islands within the previous few weeks.
Feedback from Jazz players has stalled since the end of the 2011 football season. The sportsbook group has stopped marketing its brand and has withdrawn from actively seeking non-US customers. A member of Jazz management recently indicated to Sportsbook Review that the brand no longer wished to cater its services to professional players.
